Papaya Daiquiri

Something about being in Hawaii makes "frou frou" drinks taste great... why is that?
Is it the euphoric feeling of being on vacation,  the tropical breezes,  or the farm stands full of fresh pineapple,  mango, mini bananas and papaya?
It probably doesn't matter... does it?

Mix and match your fruit,  add rum and lime juice, blend and you're ready to go to your happy place.

Try prepping your fruit ahead of time and freezing it before you make your daiquiri,  it makes it wonderful, but it's not completely necessary if you don't have time for that.

Serves 2
Ingredients

1 fresh ripe large papaya,  seeds removed
4 oz of rum
juice of 1 lime
Ice

Scrape the papaya meat into a blender,  add 2 cups of ice,  rum and lime juice.
Blend well until completely smooth.  Serve with more lime as a garnish.

You can tell I really hate this daiquiri...
